The receptionists are always lovely, and the doctors are all great. They have saved my life twice over the past 10 years. The shining star of the surgery is Dr Nussbaum. She is incredible and I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her.

The receptionist gave me test results that I should not have been given which caused stress, my son was told he could get prescriptions which was not the case, which caused stress and the receptionist has been aggressive which causes stress - what happened to discussing things in a civil manner and LISTENING to the person talking without them going away feeling intimidated and stressed - especially when they were only acting on the information they were given anyway! One Dr also told me that I was not able to have certain specialist treatment as I was way over the "budget" with the treatment I was already receiving!
